AFRL Research Requests Provide contact points, plus control numbers, titles, and abstracts of the subject requests. All preproposals and proposals submitted under this program must be traceable to these requests.
Preproposal Format and Instructions Describes the format and content of the four-page preproposal to be submitted in response to an AFRL Research Request.
Technical Evaluation Criteria Briefly describes the technical evaluation rating system and provides the full written criteria to be used by the Peer Review Panel (PRP) and the AFRL Chief Scientists in evaluating the technical proposals submitted in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP).
Program Evaluation Criteria Describes the program evaluation rating system and provides the written criteria to be used by the Program Selection Panel (PSP) in rank ordering the proposals.
Request for Proposals (RFP) Describes the detailed requirements, format, and content of the formal research proposal to be submitted to DAGSI. The RFP includes a program description, technology focus areas, proposal preparation and submittal guidelines, and all other key information. Only those research teams whose preproposals are selected by the Peer Review Panel and the Chief Scientists will be invited to prepare and submit a formal proposal.
